we are now less than one month away from jennifer and bryan’s hallowedding! i can’t even say how stoked we are for it. it’s pretty rare that i get the opportunity to wear a costume to a wedding, let alone be required to wear one. jennifer and bryan are huge costume and comic fans. their getting married on halloween eve is no coincidence, and their decree that all in attendance shall be costumed was the biggest no-brainer since the day after zombieland opened. we’re so friggin excited!
when it came time to do jennifer and bryan’s engagement session in balboa park our heads were spinning with thoughts of a halloweeny wedding. especially after we walked by signs for the trail of terror. we could have done something crazy, but we restrained ourselves and decided to just take some traditional style engagement photos of them.
wow, man! what is this place?
i heard a witch lives there.
i heard a frankenstein lives there.
you guys are way off. it’s a secret lab where they take the brains out of zombies and put them in the heads of other zombies to create a race of super-zombies!
that’s the place?!
the session was going great. jennifer looked amazing. bryan was playing the role of rico suave…
something strange happened…
a darkness fell across these woods that even the sun could not illuminate…
a wicked shadow we couldn’t outrun.
what sort of game is this?
oooh, i can’t bear to watch… with both eyes.
why so serious jennifer? you’re beginning to look stiff, like bryan over there.
oh my. it seems our loving couple may have taken a bit of a tumble. perhaps they’re just taking a dirt nap. they were looking dead tired at the end of our shoot. let’s step away and let them rest in peace.
don’t worry friends. i’ll pick them up and put their faces on in plenty of time for their wedding day. mwah-hah-hah! innocente!
